Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the preceding 12 months.

9 – Marketing Use of Company Names

If you are a business customer, you grant us a limited right to display your company name and logo in client lists or marketing materials where ever it is required.

10 – Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you:

• Create legal or security risk for us

Termination does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies.
